Liion Wholesale is currently open and shipping orders.

In response to the virus, we at Liion Wholesale have implemented the latest best practices to help ensure the health and safety of our employees as well as our customers.  We are operating with only essential warehouse staff and all staff that can work from home is working from home.  Our customer service phone lines and email are still open although the person you'll be talking to is probably at home for the time being.  While we strive to have the awesome customer service and fast shipping that we always do, please be understanding during this time that there may be unpredictable disruptions or delays.

Customers should be aware that the shipping carriers have also put out notices that they expect more disruptions and delays as well.  Please note that our normal UPS guaranteed arrival dates are no longer fully guaranteed, as sometimes UPS will delay a day or two and they themselves are not honoring their service guarantee.  UPS is still by far the best option for getting your stuff reliably but they're just a bit less than usual.  We will still work with you to make sure you get your stuff - if your order is a week late or more definitely contact us and we'll make sure you get it as fast as possible, possibly shipping a replacement if necessary.
