Holiday Return Policy (New Products)

For purchases made from LiionWholesale between November 25, 2019 and December 24, 2019, we will extend our normal 30 day return policy.

For new, unused products, they may be returned until January 14th, 2020*. (*Or up to 30 days after purchase, whichever is longer).

The rest of our normal returns policy applies - please read thoroughly before returning your products.

Please note that if you choose to return your products and we are not at fault, refunds will be issued only for the product (shipping is nonrefundable).

Holiday Return Policy (Defective Products)

For purchases made between November 25, 2019 and December 24, 2019, we will extend our normal 14 day window.

Replacement of defective products may be requested until January 14th, 2020.

Please read the entire policy before asking for a replacement.

The rest of our defective products policy applies (we will only replace batteries that are dead on arrival - ie, will not take an initial charge, and batteries must be fully charged before first use).

Replacement is at our discretion.
