Orders are processed and shipped the same or the next business day from our warehouse in PA depending on the time the order was placed (our shipping cutoff is 1PM Eastern for same day shipping).
If your order contains backordered items, we will contact you. If you choose to wait for backordered items, we will hold your shipment and send 1 shipment when all items are available. If you would like to arrange for a separate shipment of in-stock items, please let us know by email.
If the order will take longer to ship due to backorders or a very large order size, an email will be sent.
If you absolutely require same day shipping after our 1PM Eastern cutoff, you can give us a call or send us an email. We may be able to accomodate, but it will be at our sole discretion. Do NOT leave a note in your order asking for special shipping arrangements/timeframes as they will be ignored.
All orders that are refused or undeliverable are subject to extra shipping fees and potentially a restocking fee of up to 20%.
All packages leaving our warehouse are carefully packaged and inspected for accuracy. If you receive a package that appears to be damaged, please inspect in presence of carrier before signing.
All damage claims will be made with their respective carrier and we will ship you replacement item after the claim has been processed and reimbursed*. If a replacement item is not available, we will refund you the item amount.
*If you choose to use your own UPS or FedEx account, or your own freight courier/forwarder, we regret that cannot be responsible for items damaged in transit.
The site only accepts orders from within the USA or Canada.
For other destinations, we will quote orders of 500+ batteries if we are able to ship to that destination.
We regret that at this time, we are not accepting international orders for single orders of less than 500 batteries.*

If your order is sent to a freight forwarder, you assume all risk in shipping your order. No refunds can or will be given for orders shipped via freight forwarder or for shipping damage or loss. It is up to the freight forwarder to clear customs and make sure your order arrives safely. Please be sure they are experienced and capable with the types of product you are shipping. We will not provide any additional paperwork or documentation for the purposes of clearing customs. We may choose to decline any order placed to a freight forwarder at any time for any reason.
Orders, Payments, and Tax Information
All orders are processed on a first come, first serve basis.
Our store accepts credit/debit card payments, Paypal, or Bitcoin payments. If you are a large recurring customer you can contact us to set up net 30, or smaller customers who need net 30 can use Behalf.
All orders shipped within the state of PA will incur sales tax at 6-8% depending on your local sales tax rate. If you are purchasing the items for resale and have a valid sales tax license/ID then be sure to include it in your account profile and we will provide you with a discount code to use to take off the sales tax.
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If you choose to return a product to us, please contact us for instructions.
If you mail your item exactly 30 days from the date of purchase, we will allow 1 week transit time without charging a restocking fee. If the item arrives after that, it may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
CLEARANCE ITEMS: If an item is marked as "Clearance", all sales are final. Items marked as "Clearance" are NOT eligible for a return.
Under no circumstances will we accept returns 60 or more days from date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging if applicable.
If your batteries are returned with any damage (including to wraps), markings, scratched off authenticity sticker, etc. - you will not be eligible for a refund.
If you purchased batteries and received free cases or a free gift, you MUST include the cases and gift with your return. Please contact us for specific instructions about packaging batteries if you do not still have the original packaging!
Exceptions to this policy exist only if the return is due to our error or in some cases are eligible for a partial refund.
To complete your return, email us at email@example.com with your return request, reason for return, and forward your receipt. If your item is eligible for return instructions will be given. When you mail your item back to us, we recommend using a tracked/insured method of delivery.
Important - We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If you fail to send it using an insured/tracked method, we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Orders that are returned for reasons not due to our error (a restocking fee may apply, and amount is subject to our discretion)
- Any item not in its original condition, not in original packaging, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Batteries returned without cases
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
If you believe you received a defective product, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We can offer no guarantees if you contact us beyond the 14 day period.
If a battery is defective, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We only guarantee that batteries will NOT be dead on arrival (will not accept a charge) or have other initial issues (first charge/usage).
This guarantee only applies if:
- Batteries are fully charged before their first use.
- Batteries are used with requirements no higher than their manufacturer ratings.
Failure to either charge batteries, or use of batteries beyond manufacturer's specifications, WILL render you ineligible for ANY warranty.
Cosmetic Issues with Batteries
Due to the heat-shrink wrap used to wrap batteries, some imperfections, like wrinkles, are considered normal in the manufacturing process and do not impact the function of the battery. If you have any questions about the integrity of the wrap, please email us photos, and discontinue use of the battery. Batteries with tears/holes in the wrap should not be used. If your battery arrives with a tear/hole in the wrap we may do any of the following (at our discretion): replace the battery, send you a replacement wrap, or issue a refund.
Given the consumable and easily damaged nature of batteries, we regret that we cannot be responsible for any issues that occur more than 14 days after your order has arrived for ANY reason.

If you believe you have received a defective charger, please review the charger warranty guidelines here. If you are within the warranty period, please contact us for further instructions.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, we request 1-2 weeks to inspect your return.
If you are approved, you will receive a notification email, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping batteries, you recommend you ship them UPS Ground or Fedex Ground. Please contact us for specific instructions before sending your package!
Returning other items (non-batteries)
You can choose to return these items using whatever service is most economical for you.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If you fail to send it using an insured method, we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
All ratings, including rated capacity, max pulse discharge current, and continuous max discharge current are determined by the manufacturer.

All rechargeable batteries have inherent risks under any circumstance. Use caution when working with Li-ion (Lithium-ion), LiPo (Lithium-ion Polymer) and any rechargeable cells (together "Rechargeable Batteries"), as they have dangerous charging characteristics and are known to explode or burn if mishandled. A purchaser and user of Rechargeable Batteries should educate themselves on Rechargeable Batteries, especially as to charging, discharging, assembly and storage. We are not responsible for any damage caused by misuse or mishandling of Rechargeable Batteries.
Here are a few tips:
- Always charge these batteries on and within fire-proof material.
- Never leave Rechargeable Batteries in a recharging station unattended.
- Do not use any Rechargeable Battery or charger if any visible damage is present, or if known mishandling, accidental or otherwise, has occurred.
- Always store and transport rechargeable cells in a safe, non-conductive container.
- Properly dispose of all battery cells and chargers in accordance to local laws and mandates (if you're unsure, call your local municipality).
- If a Rechargeable Battery overheats, hisses, or bulges, immediately quarantine the battery from any combustible materials. Ideally, take the battery outside.
- If a Rechargeable Battery catches fire, the FAA recommends pouring water or soda on the battery and surrounding areas. Ideally, use a foam extinguisher to quell the fire.
