Store Policies


Orders are processed and shipped the same or the next business day from our warehouse in PA.  In stock items will ship immediately and backordered items will ship when they're available.  If the order will take longer to ship due to backorders or a very large order size, an email will be sent with expected shipping date.  If you absolutely require same day shipping, this will usually be possible but give us a call or email and we can confirm whether it will be possible.

All orders that are refused or undeliverable are subject to extra shipping fees and potentially a restocking fee of up to 20%.

All packages leaving our warehouse are carefully packaged and inspected for accuracy.  If you receive a package that appears to be damaged, please inspect in presence of carrier before signing.  All damage claims will be made with their respective carrier and we will ship you replacement item after the claim has been processed and reimbursed.  If a replacement item is not available, we will refund you the item amount.

International Orders

The site only accepts orders from within the USA.  However, we will quote international orders (which may require a higher shipping cost).  Simply use the Contact Us page to send us a request for quote if you are not from the USA.


Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging if applicable. Exceptions to this policy exist only if the return is due to our error or in some cases are eligible for a partial refund.

To complete your return, email us at with your return request, reason for return, and forward your receipt. If your item is eligible for return instructions will be given.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Orders that are returned for reasons not due to our error (Generally subject to 15% restocking fee)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item


Orders, Payments, and Tax Information

All orders are processed on a first come, first serve basis.

All orders shipped within the state of PA will incur sales tax at 6-8% depending on your local sales tax rate.  If you are purchasing the items for resale and have a valid sales tax license/ID then be sure to include it in your account profile and we will provide you with a discount code to use to take off the sales tax.



Most of the batteries sold are sold as-is with no warranty since these are individual cells not meant for consumer use by the manufacturer.  Any warranty information will be covered by the manufacturer if applicable.  If a battery is defective let us know and we'll replace it (see Returns above).
