Battery Pack Welding Nickel
We offer pure nickel strip for battery pack manufacturing. This is over 99.9% pure N6 nickel. Perfect for cutting custom length nickel tabs and welding to battery cells.
If you're not sure what size to buy, usually 10mm x 0.15mm is a very safe bet for most projects.
0.15mm thickness is slightly thicker than the American sized 0.005" (it's about 0.006").

Works great
works great, delivered quickly.
It's a nickel strip
It's made of nickel, it's a strip and it has the desired thickness.
Quality nickel strip for ion and NIMH battery builds, fast delivery.
Works well for up to about 20-25 A (I think)
It appears to be good quality, and the dimensions were to spec. I ordered the 0.2mm thick and 10mm wide, and I think it is a good match for my 18650 cells that are rated up to 35A. I have pulled up to about 25A in the pack, and the batteries were only slightly warm, so I think these strips are a good fit.
Pure nickel
After a salt bath for a week or so, I can attest that it is pure nickel and not nickel coated steel.
