First use of this thing charging 4 18650 batteries that were purchased from this website and the USB wall adapter was HOT, to the point I couldn't hold on to it for longer than about 15 seconds because it was so hot. No way do I feel safe using this. It finished charging the batteries today under my supervision but I wont be using this again. I've already ordered another one from this website. Should have gone with my gut and purchased a more expensive one. This thing had trouble holding the batteries in place. Oh well I can't return it because I don't have the box. Spent quite a bit more money on batteries and a better charger, hey Liion? Wanna keep me forever how about some sort of incentive for buying a device that gets way too hot to be safe. I can mail it to you but its just the charger and cables I don't have anything else. Let me know. I know its only $12 bucks but hey that is another 18650! If you look my first name is shortened here and the last name does start with an A you should find my two purchases easily, located in Jacksonville Florida, one of them was yesterday 1/6/26. I love your website and your batteries! But this charger man, nope. Can we work anything out?
