Good so far
It charges my LIION 18650 batteries without issue and that's what I bought it for.
The little charger that could…
This is a reasonable priced charger. It does a good job of charging but takes a little longer than most chargers I have owned. If you are someone looking for a small reasonable priced charger, this it.

Does what it's supposed to
Recently purchased a couple batteries that arrived mostly uncharged. They were used in a solar charger and then we went a week w/out sun. Regretted not picking up a charger to fill 'em up before putting into use. This charger was inexpensive and does what it says. I can't speak to the charging speed as that's not important to me and a slow charge is preferred for the long term health of the battery. For those that don't know, if your charging and then leaving the batteries in long term storage, it's always better to charge to 75 - 80% for the long term health of the battery.
